Benjamin has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. He has founded and grown two successful publicly traded companies into multibillion-dollar enterprises.

Benjamin brings a unique set of skills to Alto Financial Group, including significant financial markets experience. He has led two initial public offerings on both the NYSE and Nasdaq, numerous secondary public equity offerings, private debt offerings, public debt offerings, private equity fundraising efforts, and numerous mergers and acquisition transactions over his 20-year career.

Benjamin began his professional career as an active-duty commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, leaving the service holding the rank of captain. He served as a director of Rex Energy Corp. (Nasdaq) from March 2007 to October 2010, and as chairman of the board of Eclipse Resources Corp. (NYSE) from 2015 to 2019.

Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University. He was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 in the Western Pennsylvania region and was named to the Top 40 Executives Under 40 by Fortune magazine in 2013.

Mr. Hulburt has passed his Series 65 exam, becoming an Investment Adviser Representative, and currently maintains insurance licenses in numerous jurisdictions throughout the U.S. He is also holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional^® designation through The American College of Financial Services.

The RICP® (Retirement Income Certified Professional®) designation is sought by financial services sales professionals whose focus includes clients planning for their retirement income. The designation's required curriculum is administered by The American College in Bryn Mawr PA,
which is accredited by The Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Philadelphia, PA 19104 The mark RICP® is the property of The American College and may be used only by individuals who have successfully completed the initial and ongoing certification requirements for this designation.
